Vineyards
Our Russian River Valley Pinot Noir is sourced from two vineyards in the heart of the AVA.
We use three clones, 115, 777 and Pommard. Blended together, they bring out the character and purity of place from each site.
Growing Season
Summary: The 2015 vintage began in late winter due to unseasonably warm temperatures leading to an early bud break, and thus an elongated growing season. Overall yields were lighter than average with smaller cluster and berry size as a result of cooler temperatures during bloom and the third consecutive year of drought. The resultant wines show increased concentration of flavors with wonderful balance and round textures.

Notes
“displays very tasty plum-and-cola flavors with notes of gentle oak and milk chocolate. This wine's dry finish is superb and nicely extended. The Panel suggested pairing the 2015 vintage with a veal chop.” 92 Points--Kenneth Hoggins
