2016 WURTELE CABERNET SAUVIGNON

Spring Mountain District fruit, sourced from the founding Terra Valentine vineyard. Big, bold, mountain Cabernet 100% clone 7 from this esteemed mountain estate. Dark purple plum, cassis, black currant, with cocoa powder, cedar, and star anise aromas layered with vanilla and clove. Rich and forward fruit on the palate, the smooth cocoa textured tannins carry the wine through the long finish.

2017 K-BLOCK CABERNET SAUVIGNON

Spring Mountain District Cabernet Sauvignon-Bold and forward: Dark boysenberry and cassis with plum and mulberry aromas are mingles with bay laurel, cocoa powder, clove and caramel. Balanced with ripe acidity and richness on the mid-palate that carries to a long and classicly styled finish. Serve and enjoy: Slice the steaks against the grain and serve them hot.
